A few notes before we begin...

I just wanted to explain a few things before you start reading.

Almost the entire story is in dialogue. This means that, for the majority of the story, all the action is indicated only through the conversations of our characters. Some have compared it to a play.

Even so, I highly advise using your imagination throughout this journey. Ok?

Here is a little something about the characters in the first few chapters:

Hanna: A human (mostly) who fights against evil. She will do almost anything to protect her friends. In the beginning, she has a habit of underestimating her enemies. Appearance: long dark hair in two pigtails, black battle uniform, and small black bird-like wings. Weapons: Hanna has the power of flight as well as the generation and manipulation of ice. She battles with a specialized sword which capitalizes on her ice abilities

DJ: A human being who has an other: Iul (aka, EO, EODJ, or EDJ). He is devoted to the forces of good and his friends. Appearance: fairly tall (about 6') and only slightly muscular. Weapons: He is an extremely powerful lance master and has mastered the arts of both light and wind magic. It would appear that, on occasion, DJ and EO combine into one body, seemingly good at times, but at other moments can be overcome with a wave of terrible evil. (However, this occurs very rarely) He is dependable, intelligent, and very strategic.

EO: The Evil Other of DJ, which is why he is called EO. In reality, his name is Iul, although this name is rarely used. He was once in an alliance with DJ, but an argument broke that alliance, and EO promptly joined the ranks of the Evil, swearing revenge on DJ. He is a master of the mental arts, and can easily sway others to do things against their better judgment. He is also a very good swordsman.

I am planning to give the full descriptions of our characters a little further in the story.
